Resources Please!

I am an R.N. who has worked in various settings in the hospital (especially when in the float pool.) Mainly medical / surgical telemetry. I am looking for a resource / app for my iphone that will help me when I encounter a diagnosis or procedure that I am unfamiliar with so that I can give the best care possible, and not overlook something important or make a mistake or do something that could be unsafe. Something that would give guidelines as to the proper assessments, interventions, contraindications etc... Thanks!
