Anti discriminatory practice reflection

I need to do a reflection based on anti-discriminatory practice with an older adult that has dementia, however i'm finding it hard to come up with a scenario, because so far all i have had is good experiences.. can anyone suggest a scenario
Think about how people discriminate against older individuals with dementia. How do we treat our older people?

I'm not completely clear about what you're asking.Sometimes elders who are more disinhibited by their dementia act out old prejudices they had been able to hold in check until now. Is that what you mean? Or are you thinking about how older people with dementia are not treated fairly or with dignity because of their age and condition?Answer those two questions to yourself. What do you think?

like perhaps a nurse not treating them fairly or with dignity because of their dementia?
