Advice RNs?

What are your thoughts about Advice Nursing? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Not sure if you are aware but there is a Telphone Triage Nursing section listed under specialities, check the yellow banner at the top of allnurses. I do not have experience with advice nursing, but I do know a few nurses who have worked in the specialty. Sorry to say, they all quit after fairly short periods of time (under a year to maxium of two years) They did not like the micromanaging, robotic scripts, or sitting all the time. Where I am the job vacancies are posted so frequently for telephone nursing, I suspect they are a revolving door employer and have low employee satisfaction.
