OIG exclusion

I recently received a letter stated I am now excluded from all federally funded facilities while working as a RN. This is due to my practice related felony conviction. My question to you all is.... Has anyone ever had experience with this and where have you gotten a job? My license was suspended and I got it back and it's on probation with stipulations now. As if it wasn't bad enough with felony and stips, now this! Ughh any help would be much appreciated!
"Federally funded" means any and all healthcare organizations that accept Medicare/Medicaid. This will be an uphill battle. You might seek out concierge-type private practices, that do not accept Medicare/Medicaid.

Ya I don't think there are any of those around here...
