RN to BSN How long did it really take you? Recommendations

Hi everyone,

I hope you all are having a great weekend. I'm here actually to ask how long did it really take you to do your RN to BSN. I'm really trying to find a somewhat fast program that I can finish within or less than a year. I know there are many programs but I really care about how long it will take, I know some programs have more classes than others.

Also has anyone gone to CSUDH or WGU, how long did it take you? Thank you in advance.
I went to WGU, and while it did take me 18 months, that was the absolute LONGEST amount of time I could have taken. Had I just done my work regularly and set aside 5-8 hours every week to schoolwork, I could have easily finished in under 12 months, and there are quite a few people who can finish in 6.

Comment:
I completed mine through a state university part time no classes in the summer in 2 yrs. I worked full time while completing it.

Mine was 22 months just as the program stated...6 weeks online and the next 6 weeks was one night of class a week where the teacher met my cohort in our town so we didn't have to travel an hour plus to the brick and mortar school. Lather, rinse, repeat. I've heard of programs being only 6 months long though and all online...

I completed my BSN via WGU's online RN-to-BSN degree program. My start date was May 1, 2014 witn 34 credits to complete and I finished all requirements last week, so the program took a grand total of 10 months. Some people finish sooner and others take longer. Your mileage may vary.
