I am a new CNA

I am a new CNA in a rehabilitation unit of a LTC. So Far I like it. My question is later on down the line if I feel I'm ready to excel in the health-care field from a CNA what other positions should I shoot for ? For instance most CNA s later become RN s. For me though I have n interest in being a RN.
Well, this is a list of Allied Health Professions that you could look into, but half of them still require some college.Allied Health Professions | explorehealthcareers.org

I think you're asking what healthcare career(s) automatically flow from being a CNA?The answer would be: technicallyn none. Being a CNA in a hospital is a great way to get your feet wet in healthcare and to get an in-person impression of other healthcare positions: rad tech, pharmacy tech, nurse, MD, pharmacist, etc. Since there is no educational background required to be a CNA (college coursework), there is no natural progression from CNA. So the world is your oyster, but as has been mentioned, most will require going to school.
