Looking for new job.

I've been working as LVN here in Cali for 2 years now. I feel like I'm not happy anymore. Would you guys recommend which specialty I should go? I already work on correctional for a year as staff nurse and more than a year for hospital as lead clinical nurse on out patient department. I have also 3 years experience of home health nursing (private nursing in PHi and 6 months experience here in US)

I feel like I want to work on admin staff? or nursing management LIKE supervisor DSD on LTC? or maybe case management as well? I don't know. I also feel like work in LTC, skill nursing and rehab as wound / treatment nurse I don't know.
