Magnet Recognition

Hello all,

For those of you whose hospital achieved Magnet recognition. How did you celebrate? We are applying in April, and if all goes well hope to be celebrating by the end of the year. Looking for celebration suggestions.

How about a 3 dollar/hour raise and a decrease in the nurse patient ratio by one patient.

They had trays of sandwiches, desserts, salad and drinks sent to the units for each shift.

LOL. That would be awesome!
