Dermatology surgery vs. Dialysis LPN

I am an LPN in Ohio. Have 3 years experience on a acute medical surgical, oncology, telemetry unit. I am exploring other nursing opportunities. I have interviewed at a dermatology & surgery place and also at a dialysis center. Does anyone have any insight on either specialty and what do you love/hate about the position. I think I would enjoy either position, but am torn between which one would be most beneficial to me career wise and which one is a better fit for me. I will know if I got the Derm job tomorrow, but dialysis I will not know for another week.
