Would you quit over white uniforms?

If your facility went back to white uniforms for licensed nursing personnel, would you quit? Just wondering as I've heard discussions about some facilities going back to all white for nursing staff.
I wouldn't quit as long as I could choose the style/brand of white uniform I'd wear.

Nope. I would only quit over inadequate pay, improper treatment, unsafe working conditions..

i would have to give some thought, especially the arrogance that it implies....

Nope, I would not quit. I have a mortgage, a son and bills. I worked at a hospital that required nurses to wear white tops. Yeah, it got dirty easily but it wa not a huge deal.

Good Golly Miss Molly - No!Jobs are too hard to come by. No way would I quit over sucha petty thing. May not like working in all white, but there are a lot of worse things out there to deal with.

I started in white...head to toe white....and a cap. My manager would carry white shoe polish in her pocket and make you polish your shoes on break if they looked "dirty"..... no I wouldn't quit. I wouldn't be happy but I wouldn't quit.

Not enough of a reason for me to quit.

There are far more pressing reasons that would make me quit than the color of my uniform, like horrible working conditions, constant short staffing, inadequate pay, etc. The color of my uniform would seem pretty inconsequential in comparison to those.

I used to wear all white on my first job. It didn't bother me, I just got used to it. I wouldn't quit because of that. If I quit because of every little thing, I'll end up jobless.

As long as the working conditions are tolerable and my paycheck stays the same (or increases), I wouldn't quit over a white uniform requirement for licensed nurses.
