Opening a home health business

I am an RN starting up my own home health business. I am waiting to be approved by the insurance companies as a provider which allows me to submit claims after I've seen a patient in their home. I have to start seeing medicaid patients first though and I'm trying to market myself to doctors offices, hospitals, etc, but I need ideas. Has anyone done this sort of thing before? I am venturing into new territory...
