I have prior careplanning experience. My question is at my new job we have been told to not careplan medical issues if a client does not take a scheduled medication to address the problem. So if a client has gerd eats a special diet has a treatment order for a wedge for their bed and only occasionally takes a prn ranitidine this should not be on his careplan. I dont understand this. Appreciate any input
We have also been told to remove from treatment plans any hearing or vision impairments?
