Where to get HEDIS experience?

I am interested in HEDIS positions for supplemental income. I am currently a PMHNP. I have been looking at the jobs that have been posted for this year, but all of them require at least 1 year HEDIS experience. Obviously, I am familiar with medical charts and coding - is this just a matter of rewording my resume? Can anyone shed some light for me on this subject?

If you have done any sort of chart review or audits, add that.I am currently in my first year of HEDIS having NO exp at all with it. They took me because I used to do informal chart reviews on all my charts when I worked as a secretary for a hospice.My advice apply for all of them. The one that gave me the job had HEDIS Exp as a requirement.You never know
