Can anyone tell me how to study best for mental health!

This course shouldn't be this difficult, but for some reason I can't seem to get a good grade on any exam in this course! I am so frustrated!!!!
Psych tests can be annoying and I know a couple of good nurses who had to repeat the class. My advice would be to figure out where the exam questions are coming from and practice their questions. If it is a test bank from your text book do all the questions available in the book, check to see if they have any extras on their website and purchase a study guide which usually has extra questions. If it is from a board study book again do the same. As someone who works in psych and feels knowledgeable on the topic I think they can be fairly ambiguous so if you get a feel for the flavor of the questions that are asked you will likely be in a better position. I did flashcards. I still swear by writing things out myself. It helped me with retention.My BA is in psych, I loved it, so it also helped that it was interesting to me.Good luck!
