NP certification: ANCC VS AANP

Graduating in a few weeks from AGPCNP program and am going back and forth about which test to take!
So far I've heard:
It doesn't matter-either one is fine.
ANCC is more prestigious.
ANCC has more theory/ethics questions.
ANCC is more difficult.

any input is much appreciated!
