Osceola medical center

I am current (BSN) nursing student i will be done next year. I was wondering does anyone know anything about Osceola medical center in kissimmee, FL. Such as new grad pay, shift differential %, hours, do they require a contract if so how long? Is that a good medical center to work for? Was it hard getting your first job? Anything else i should know please fill free to add!!
