Problem with Preceptor Please. please please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rating: (votes: 1) Please Please Please What is she saying specifically that is making you "have a feeling that I will never be a good nurse"? Do you think you are doing well OR are there some aspects that you can honestly work on?If they are giving you extra time for orientation, that is a good sign; seek out your preceptor before you do anything and everything so that the is no confusion as to what you know versus what you need work in. Thank you so much for your comments. I think I am doing good day by day.The way I am getting respond from my manger is making me feel like I am not going to be a good nurse on the floor. I am working very hard on my part..I had a feeling like they will kick me out from the job although they havenot said anything like that..( may be I am being too paranoid (()))))))))

You need a conference with your manager and preceptor. Identify the issues involved and discuss them . What written feedback do you receive from your preceptor?
