new PICU job offer advice @ Beth Israel

I have accepted a job offer in the PICU at Newark Beth Israel Hospital. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I get about 12 weeks of orientation with no peds background. Can anyone please give advice on how their orientation program is and how I can get through orientation. Any piece of advice for this hospital would help. Thanks so much!
