Please accept this as a friend.
It is not meant to offend.

No one doubts that you are right.
Can you say it without the bite?

Let your knowledge lead the way!
Convert those who may have strayed.

We all, at times, need to vent.
To cause harm, not our intent.

So, enlist a bit of common sense.
Reserve "the bite" for grave offense.

Let the punishment fir the crime.
There's less stress when words are kind.

As one so competent by nature,
won't you model the behavior?

Keep in mind through your endeavor,
we are all in this together!




I was inspired to write for someone I work with. I left it, anonymously, out on the counter at the nursing station. The next day, there was a notable decrease in stress induced outbursts! It is yours to use as you will!
