help trying to get a GA RN licensc

Ok, I was warned that GA does not play well with other states...yikes! The 12 page application has 4 different areas that have to be notorized. My question is I am getting the run a round from former employer to verify I worked the 500+ hours. The page has to be filled out by a personel director and then notorized. But the hospital was huge and the "central" office is out of state. Any suggestions??
