Hello my fellow nurses,

I need your help in telling me whether the salary sounds right. I have 6 years of nursing experience under my belt; i was offered a per-diem position at Beth Isreal Deaconess hospital Milton at $30.42 this is extremely low. Is this what they really start per-diem at??? Help
