correct med wrong documentation

I gave correct dose of injection but charted the wrong dose on 2 different psych patients the MD RECOGNIZED THE ERROR CHANGED HER ORDER TO MATCH THE WRONG DOSE, THE MD didn't come to me, but now she is acusing me of being incompetent After writing a late entry to document correction any suggestions ??
Have a talk with the MD?
