Need a little info

Hello !
I am currently a part time CNA at a skilled nursing center. I am looking to possibly sign up for an agency to expose myself to other scenarios and situations But a little unsure. Can someone tell me is it worth doing? And do most hospitals need CNA s from agencies.
Any input would be appreciated!
