Laborpool?

I work in a pool; I work full time hours. Depends what you want to do. This is the reason why it is called a flexi pool. You can work flexible in which it also can accomodate you. I work one weekend a month with certain holidays that I choose from a list. I love it. This position is great. I made a good choice.

So, do you basically set your own schedule or do your employer? I have a fulltime job but I don't want to leave it if I dont get many hours working laborpool.

Yes, you would be able to set your own schedule. You would give you availability to your nurse manager on a four week schedule or per facility policy.
