fired from first RN job

i have been fired, and feel i cant get a job. i have applied, but no replies yet. [email protected]
I know it is a real blow to your self-esteem and confidence, but you can recover from this. Why were you terminated? If it was related to errors or mistakes on your part, what have you done to ensure that this won't be a problem in the future? Was it was due to inability to reach training goals (fairly common among new grads)?
