Moving to VA Beach and need info...

I am looking for feedback and info on RN positions in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area. Can anyone please help answer some of the following questions for me? THANK YOU!

I have an Associates in Nursing with 18 months of experience in the ER. I have my CEN, TNCC, ENPC, ACLS, and PALS. Prior to that I was an ER Tech and Extern for 3 years.

*What would be an ideal pay rate with the above experience/certs?

*Who is the best employer in the area for RN's?

*Is there any know organizations that offer relocation assistance or sign on bonuses?
