Portfolio advice- last evaluation

I am considering including my last two year evaluations in my portfolio. Anyone have any thoughts regarding whether that would be a good or bad idea? Of course, the evaluations are average, but show me in a positive light. TIA for your advice!

My apologies! I cannot believe I left out that info, lol! It is for a job interview.
In that case, the job evaluations would be pertinent information. But be sure to also include your "extra curricular" work activities such as participation in task forces, project teams, etc. Good luck - hope you ace that interview!
