No Job as RN!

I still can not find a job as RN. It is already 8 month since I graduated. I tried everything like going to managers ans submitting a hard copy; changing my resume and cover letter several times; did went to HR to review resume and it was actually fixed again; and nothing helps, had several interviews which went very well and send a thank you letter and followed after on the process of it. Nothing, what else can I do with my BSCN? Thanks!
Do you live in a large city or small town? Is there more than one employer? Have you tried getting some of your nursing instructors to write letters of recommendation? Take some classes, ACLS, TNCC any medical updates. Spend this time productively.

Do you want to actively pursue nursing or do you have other interests.I personally feel that false reassurance and advice isn't helpful.What do you want to do and what can you afford?

Relocate if you can.
