IEN to Canada

Hi there!
So I plan to work in Canada as a RN. And I'm wondering if it's really hard to get into the system. I've read a lot of stuff in the internet to the point of confusion.

What I want to know is how hard (on a scale of 1-10) was it for you/someone you know to land a job and get permission to write the CRNE.

Or did you just work as an LPN?

I'd appreciate it if you share what you've been through.
Thanks!
Canada going through a lot of changes with immigration at the moment. RN and LPN has been taken off the federal skilled workers list meaning hard to apply for PR without an employer. Depending on province will depend on how much employers are willing to go the Temp Work Permit route as they have to prove to the government that they can not employ someone already in the country. Also seeing many provinces Colleges of RN's requiring some form of assessment before eligibility to sit CRNE is given meaning even harder to find employer as they will require eligibility to sit or have passed CRNE
