RN Looking to Move to Northwest Florida

I am an RN with 3 years experience on a telemetry unit in PA. I am interested in relocating to Northwest Florida and am looking for advice on the best places to live and hospitals to work for in that area. Also, any pay rate information you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
If you are coming into the Crestview/ Destin area and looking for hospital job don't expect much more than $20-22/hr for full time employment. If anyone else gets better than that please share because I would love to know.
