LVN Urology experience and pay rate in California

Hello! After years of job hunting I might have a prospective job in Urology. The office is fast paced which I love . It seems like I am going to learn so much and I am so ready for that! I was wondering if any Urology nurses could share their experiences as a first timer. Also if anyone knows the pay rate of a LVN in this profession. The office is adjacent to a hospital. I do plan on getting RN as well. This could be the start to an amazing career! Thanks in advance.
