Working on cardiac telemetry 5a at TGH - any info?

Hello all,

I have an interview on the cardiac tele floor 5a at Tampa General Hospital. Does anyone know what this floor is like as far as patient load, types of patient dx, etc? Any advice would help, I've never seen the floors at TGH before but have heard good things!

Congrats on your interview! I just started at TGH on a different floor and I'm loving it so far. I have a couple friends in the acute care rotation who have rotated to 5A and really enjoyed it. I don't have first-hand experience on that floor, but I've also heard good things from the other nurses I work with. I think the nurses there take 4-5 patients, but I'm not 100% sure. Good luck!
