1. How do you see yourself meeting the around-the-clock demands of a hospital setting?

Hi,I'm supposed to answer this question for an application but I don't completely understand what they are asking of me from this question. Have any of you come across this question? Am I supposed to tell how I will take care of my health or be available to be on call at anytime or be able to adapt to the hospital setting?
