Timeframe for VN Licensure Exam after graduation

Hi,

I'm a CA resident and graduated Vocational Nursing last Dec, 2010 in the Philippines. I have not taken the licensure exam yet.

Now, I'm considering to take the licensure exam either the end of this year or 1st quarter of 2014.

Is there a timeframe for a VN graduate to take the licensure exam (e.g. can take only within 2 years after graduation)? I tried calling BVNPT about this matter however, I got voicemail and never return my call.
