So I've been trying to edit my resume so that it might catch more interviews but I'm having some trouble. I want to demonstrate results in the details of past employment instead of stating the obvious of what I did at each job. The problem is I have no idea how to do this. I don't have a lot of work experience and I am so new in the career I feel I haven't contributed anything unique or significant enough yet. I have worked at a nursing home for 3 months, as a caregiver to a young woman for a year, as a CNA on a tele unit for a year, and now an RN on the tele unit for a little over a year. Any suggestions on how I can make my resume ROAR (Results oriented and relevant)? Thanks so much!
