Group Home experience on Resume

I'm applying to jobs and I have about 1.5 years experience at a group home for people with developmental disabilites, tbi, and various other dx. What would you consider this experience? Home health, public health? Some jobs I'm applying for require specific experience and I'm just not sure what this should count as. Thanks for you help!
I would say group home or private duty home care
"Group home nurse" or "private duty nurse"Whether or not they count this experience varies from hospital to hospital
