for how long can you do job as CNA if you never pass NCLEX

For how long can you do job as CNA if you hired in nursing home or hospitals after fail nclex? can you do job as CNA for your hole life if you never pass the Nclex? I am looking and trying to collect information about this so please help me by giving yours advise. please help me.
If you do not pass the NCLEX then it is a non issue for you to continue working as a CNA
