Lacking experience but having (/getting) the degrees

Was hoping to get a little advice from those wiser and more experienced than myself.

I am currently employed as an RN and am approaching a year of experience (in the OR).

I have my BSN and MBA (in finance) and am currently enrolled in an MSN program for Nursing Leadership (its more administration/management NOT like a Certified Nurse Leader or something)

In two years when I graduate ill have close to 3 years of nursing experience plus an MBA and MSN.

Im not trying to "fastrack" anything and know that nursing leadership positions are usually quite a step back in pay (especially since I get call pay and tons of OT from being in the OR). I just dont want to have two advance degrees and to forget quite a bit of what I learned from not applying/using that knowledge

What kind of opportunities should I be looking for, what should I be getting involved with ? I made sure to join committees at my hospital to get involved, I just want to make sure im well rounded and doing the best that I can to continue to improve myself by learning and applying both clinical and non clinical knowledge as best as I can.

Any advice opinion for what youd do in my situation ?

(and just in case it matters im in my late 20s, and planning on eventually getting a PhD although I havent even begun to look into that at all)
