Ambulatory Surgical/Outpatient surgical centers:how to find a job here?

Hi all,
I am a newer nurse with almost 1 year experience in intermediate care nursing. I am a BSN and ACLS certified. the floor I am on/ working nights is just not for me. I am very interested in getting into working at an outpatient surgical center. However, it seems that companies of this nature do not post job positings; How do I find a job here?!
In my part of the country, those facilities only hire nurses with previous experience - because they don't have the resources to provide training. If your situation is similar, you need to figure out how to get your foot into that 'peri-operative' door.
I've had a couple of outpt procedure center/ASC positions. I found them on Craigslist.
