Where to go after Med-Surg

1 I have been a nurse for 4 years doing med-surg nursing for 2 years, then did clinic nursing for 2 years, I have returned to med-surg for desire to continue acute patient care learning and to continue skills. I have wonderful moments with my patients but do not feel this is the best fit for me. I love the connections with my patients and I am looking for something to find more meaning in my job. Med-surg can sometimes feel like a race to just get all your tasks done. I am currently continuing my education for my BSN and then plan to work for my masters but unsure where to go with my masters; education vs. management vs. a specialty. Any advice will be appreciated, I have been back on the floor for 3 months and am already trying to find the perfect fit for me.
Just out of curiosity, what is it that really ignites your passion? If money were not an issue, what would you enjoy doing most?
