Advice on first job as an RN

Hello all! I graduated in 2013 and I'm about to start my first job on a Med Surg / Telemetry unit. I feel like I know my information very well and interviewed and have the personality to fit well. I am just nervous about my actual skills and knowledge about the basic nursing routines. I know that I have to be trained and it will take time and all but I just don't want to be that new grad that knows absolutely nothing. Does anyone have any book suggestions to read? When I mean book suggestions I don't mean Saunders or any NCLEX review guides, moreso a skills guide or somewhat of a transition...no longer in college about to start a job... kind of book. Even little pocket books I feel would be great. Any suggestions feel free to let me know! Thanks!
