Will I get a job in usa after msnRating: (votes: 0) Hmm - there are a lot of variables to consider. I can't speak for all organizations, but in mine, we consider all foreign educated nurses as 'new grads', regardless of their experience -- because US nursing is a completely different practice environment. If you obtain a clinical masters degree, this will include clinical experience in a specialty area, so this would undoubtedly add value in terms of a job search. What area of the US are you planning on moving to? Not all visas authorize you to work in the US.Comment: Just be aware UK training doesn't currently meet US requirements and your MSN will not be of any help when registering with a state. Suggest checking out the Nurse Registration forum under the Nurses tab above
