Home- care in center County PA

Hi, I've recently relocated to Central PA from NYC and would like to continue doing home care nursing. I've signed up with a few agencies but haven't received an assignment as yet. I'm also interested in doing private duty can anyone assist with how to get started, the billing process and how I can obtain patients. Thanks in advance
