CNA/TMA/..?????

I need a little help or advice in choosing a nursing program which finishes in the fastest time and can get me a good pay job in New York while I prepare for NCLEX...
I am confused because I heard about CNA and trained medication administrator but I would like to know what else is there??
Also I heard there are institution sponsored programs??... Or may b govt sponsored??
Something where after getting certified and job, you get the fees refunded to you??!!
