New job or stay at old one?

I will try to condense this as much as possible...

I am in nursing school, and that is my priority.

I currently work PRN at a small community hospital as a phlebotomist.

I have an interview next week with a major hospital as a PCT (I was trying to get a student nurse position and they do not have any). The problem is that last year I was hired by this large hospital, but declined the position. Would I be "blackballed" in their system if I called Monday morning and declined the interview?

I am overly concerned about my future as a nurse, and earning my first job. I am not even 100% that I will live in this area after I graduate.
May I ask why you applied if you don't even want to interview?Interview experience is always good.

I think this position sounds like a great job to get experience. Also when it is time to apply for GN positions you will be able to be hired internally. Just something to think about.Sent from my iPhone using allnurses
