Why??

Ive been a nurse for almost 4 yrs now. Im one of the top nurse in our school. Nominated as a shining star and became clinical coordinator in 2 yrs in my previous job.Currently working at icu but i dont know why i have this feeling that i should be doing other job. Im less motivated than i used to be. Is this a sign of burnt out?? Help!
