Looking for RN JOB

I am foreign graduated Nurse with BSN and Valid RN license as well as work permit. I have been searching for job in columbus ohio for almost 2 months. I am really perplexed as I get no response at all. Though I have couple of years experience in my native land I am new here and have gap of almost year due to licensure. I am interested to work anywhere as home health, nursing home, hospice no matter what. What is the best way to get information, build connections and apply. It would be great if I get your suggestions I am really in need of guidance I guess.
