How to contract with Long Term Care Insurance Companies

I'm really stumped!
I've been doing Home Care Mgmt since 2011, mainly being contracted with independent living facilities and private care homes. I am ready to take my business to the next level and contract personally with Long Term Care insurance companies but I don't know what to do, I've researched and make multiple phone calls daily but it seems to be going nowhere! I have been contacted to provide services as a third party company but this is not an option for my company (I am contracted personally throughout a health insurance company, so I know how third party contracts work). Would anyone know of any different avenues to take in order to contract with theses major insurance companies without being third party??? Thanks in advance.
