How to Write a GAP letter appropriately ? Pls Help.

Hai i have been unemployed since after i graduated last year on august. So i then been selected by this hospital out from my country, so the nursing board asking for a Gap letter what i have been doing from after graduated.. i really dont have a clue and very bad in making words . I've search through google and i can't find the Gap letter example . And i dont know the format is.
What should i do? I didn't do anything about medical (part time in clinic etc.) Since i graduated.
