New job

Hello dear people ,

i just moved to US and manged to pass NClex. I live in Virginia beach .I have got some interviews this week in Chespeake regional medical centre and sentara. Can anyone please suggest what type of common interview question will they ask ? Any does anybody have any idea about starting pay rate for these hospital. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
